Add scryTome to Your Discord Server
To add scryTome (to have stats/info available at your fingertips!) to your Discord server, follow these steps:
- Click the "Invite scryTome" button below.
- Log in to your Discord account if prompted.
- Select the server where you want to add the bot.
- Review and grant the necessary permissions.
- Click "Authorize" to add the bot to your server.

Sending a Private Message to the Bot
Once the bot is added to your server, you can send it a private message:
- In Discord, click on the bot's username in the member list of your server.
- This will open the bot's profile. Click on the "Message" button.
- A direct message (DM) window will open. Type your message and press Enter to send.
Note: Ensure that your privacy settings allow DMs from server members. To check this:
- Right-click on the server name in Discord.
- Select "Privacy Settings".
- Toggle the "Allow direct messages from server members" option as needed.
Talking to scryTome in an Open Channel
To interact with scryTome in a public channel, mention it in a message using @scryTome
followed by your command. Some examples:
@scryTome popt2
- Display population just for T2+. (alias t2pop)
@scryTome poprr80
- Display population of RR80+. (alias rr80pop, poprr80+)
@scryTome warreport
- Display the war report. (alias report)
@scryTome help
- Display help message and available commands.
Using Slash Commands
scryTome also supports Discord's slash commands. To use these commands:
- Type "/" in any text channel to see a list of available commands.
- Select a command from the list, such as
/help
, /population
, /popt1
, /popt2
, /popt4
, /poprr80
, /orvr
, /scs
, /zones
, /warreport
, or /kills
.
- Follow any additional prompts if the command requires parameters.
- The bot will respond directly in the channel with the requested information.
Slash commands are available in both public channels and via direct messages.
